Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund, as you prefer.

 

Returns

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in exactly in the condition you received it with all original tags, labels, and packaging included.

Items that have been used, altered, customized, or manipulated by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 2 business days from the date we receive your return request for processing.
