Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that have been manipulated or used for the customer will NOT be returned/refunded.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Please note that the return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us ONLY if located within United States. If the return is for an international order, it will NOT be charged to Cellular Wholesales INC.
Refunds
We will process your return or exchange as soon as you asked for it. Please allow at least seven (7) days from your contact to process your return or exchange.
